In this lesson, you’ll get familiar with the Drawing View, where survey data is transformed into professional, presentation-ready drawings. We’ll start by maximizing the Drawing View, and discuss how you can extend the TPC workspace to a second monitor—giving you more room to work and compare views side by side.

You’ll then learn how to zoom and pan within the drawing to move around and focus on specific areas of your project with ease.

Next, we’ll introduce the concept of tagging and untagging traverses. It’s simple: to include a traverse in a drawing, tag it. TPC uses tagging as a way to control what appears in your drawings, giving you the flexibility to include only the data you want to present.
